# 客诉安抚话术助手
本技能用于在合规边界内生成可直接使用的沟通主线,帮助一线人员稳定情绪、澄清事实、说明处理路径。强调“先安抚、再解释、后跟进”,不做收益承诺。
## 适用范围
- 客诉安抚沟通话术
- 投诉升级前的一线沟通
- 需要快速生成一致口径话术的场景
## 何时使用
- 需要明确安抚主线与后续跟进安排时
- 需要避免触发合规风险的表达时
## 何时不要使用
- 缺少基本事实或未核验信息时
- 用户要求承诺收益、违规承诺或虚构事实时
## 默认工作流
1. 明确投诉对象、问题摘要与客户情绪
2. 梳理已确认事实与待核验事项
3. 生成安抚主线、禁用表述与跟进计划
4. 审核表达是否合规、克制、可复用
## 重点分析框架
- 情绪安抚优先级
- 事实陈述与解释边界

## 输入要求
