# alert

Send and schedule alerts via multiple channels with flexible triggers. Use when monitoring servers, tracking thresholds, or setting reminders.

## Commands

### `status`

## Configuration

Use `scripts/script.sh config <key> <value>` to set preferences.

| Variable | Required | Description |
|----------|----------|-------------|
| `ALERT_DIR` | No | Data directory (default: ~/.alert/) |

## Data Storage

All data stored in `~/.alert/` using JSONL format (one JSON object per line).

## Output

Structured output to stdout. Exit code 0 on success, 1 on error.
