1. **Review week's activities:**
   - Search 00-Inbox/Meetings/ for this week's meetings
   - Check 03-Tasks/Tasks.md for completed items
   - Read daily plans/reviews

2. **Assess progress:**
   - Which pillar got most attention?
   - Key decisions made
   - Important conversations
   - Progress toward goals

3. **Identify patterns:**
   - Wins this week
   - Challenges encountered
   - Energy/motivation levels
   - Time well spent vs. wasted

4. **Set next week focus:**
   - Top 3 priorities
   - Key meetings
   - Strategic focus area
