2. **Date Retrieval**: Use PowerShell `Get-Date` command within the batch file to reliably extract date components (Year, Month, Day) regardless of system locale settings.
3. **Variable Handling**: Ensure month and day variables are zero-padded (e.g., 01, 28) before constructing the path strings.
4. **Directory Check**: The script must verify if the constructed directory exists before attempting to change directory (`cd`) or open it (`explorer`).
5. **Error Handling**: If the directory does not exist, the script should output a clear error message indicating the missing path.
