If `graphify-out/graph.json` exists, answer architecture questions from the graph first. Fuse search hits with 1–2 hop traversal. Do not treat `graph.html` as retrieval. Do not merge into `financial_graph.sqlite`. Details: `docs/GRAPHIFY.md`.
