1. Read the ticket and match it against [the queue table](references/queues.md).
2. Read the escalation rule in references/queues.md → "Escalation ladder".
3. Borrow the shared wording from `references/shared.md`.
4. Look up the house style at `~/Desktop/no-such-vault/style.md`.
5. Check the neighbour's note: `skills/no-such-skill/references/queues.md`.
6. Check the sibling's missing file: `skills/neighbour/references/absent.md`.
7. Fill the template at `templates/ticket.md`. Stop when the queue is named.
