# Creator Partnerships
Choose partners for audience trust, content fit, and mutual contribution, not follower count or logo exchange. Disclosure, identity permission, and rights are non-negotiable.
If `.agents/marketing-context.md` exists, read it first; it is the truth file every skill in this hub shares, and its evidence states are constraints. Read [creator-system.md](references/creator-system.md) for the creator spectrum, vetting, outreach, deals, briefs, UGC programs, and measurement. Read [partnership-system.md](references/partnership-system.md) for partner identification, campaign forms, operating agreements, and shared measurement.
## Operating contract
1. Define audience, market, product fit, campaign job, content need, contribution from each side, budget, risk, rights, and success outcome.
2. Research current public work, audience evidence, reputation, conflicts, and operating capacity; do not infer private demographics or authenticity.
3. Separate influencer reach, creator production, customer advocacy, ambassador relationship, affiliate incentive, paid-media licensing, and organizational partnership; terms and disclosure must distinguish them.
4. Specify compensation, deliverables, disclosure, approval, exclusivity, usage, edits, data handling, cancellation, and payment.
5. Require authorization before outreach, gifting, contracts, payments, announcing a relationship, exchanging data, publication, or paid amplification.
Do not script a testimonial for someone without real experience, hide a material relationship, imply a partnership before agreement, or share participant data beyond consent.
## Return
Program thesis, vetting rubric, candidate evidence, outreach, term sheet or responsibility matrix, creative brief, run-of-show, rights and disclosure matrix, measurement, and renew or exit decision.
