Principal-level clinical data interoperability — FHIR R5, USCDI v4, HL7 v2 / CDA / CCDA, SMART on FHIR + SMART Health Cards / Links, ICD-10 / SNOMED-CT / LOINC / RxNorm / CPT terminologies, DICOM imaging, telehealth, mHealth (HealthKit / Health Connect). Sister to hipaa-compliance (regulation) and security (cryptography).
## Working procedure
1. Establish the relevant mode and existing evidence; do not repeat completed intake.
2. Determine record category, jurisdiction and authorization before handling patient data. Preserve provenance, access controls, reconciliation and terminology semantics. Validate interoperability against the actual target profile/version.
3. Read only the corresponding sections below before applying their examples.
4. Verify the result with meaningful positive, negative and failure controls. Record actual outcomes, limitations and next action.
