Read `.cocoplus/lexicon.md` and any `.cocoplus/lexicon/*.md` files. Summarize defined term count, undefined candidates, conflicts, and stale extracted terms.
Available subcommands: `$lex define`, `$lex list`, `$lex show`, `$lex extract`, `$lex validate`.
