# shareable recap
Confirm the intended audience and range. Summarize outcomes using screenpipe-api evidence, then perform a separate privacy pass.
Replace people and organizations with non-identifying role labels. Remove emails, private domains, internal URLs, exact deal amounts, credential-like strings, and identifying quotes. Initials alone may still identify someone.
Prefer a concise narrative over raw screenshots or transcript dumps. Do not attach private source links to a public recap. If a detail is unnecessary to understand the result, leave it out. Prepare the recap; publish only when explicitly requested.
