Start from the customer and market, not the product. Separate strategy (who, change, story, difference) from tactics (channels, ads, emails, pages).
1. Audience: who has the painful problem, can pay, and wants this change?
2. Desired change, promise, and differentiated mechanism.
3. Offer: outcome, inclusions, proof, guarantee, real scarcity, price logic.
4. Funnel: acquisition, capture, nurture, conversion, retention, referral.
5. Metrics and the next testable loop.
Load as needed: [strategy.md](references/strategy.md) for market, culture, and story; [one-page-direct-response.md](references/one-page-direct-response.md) for the 9-square plan; [offer-funnel-launch.md](references/offer-funnel-launch.md) for offer, launch, and ads; [brand-positioning.md](references/brand-positioning.md) for positioning axes.
Return a concrete artifact (positioning, funnel, launch calendar, ad angles, or audit) plus assumptions and the next test. Solve the audience's problem; do not invent fake urgency or proof.
