# /strategic-mode
Plan the active (or next) mission with the **Strategic Growth** outcome lens ([conductor/lenses/strategic-growth-orchestrator.md](../../../conductor/lenses/strategic-growth-orchestrator.md)): the conductor applies the lens to frame the outcome and bottleneck, then dispatches roles from [conductor/roster.md](../../../conductor/roster.md). The orchestrator is a lens, not an agent. See [conductor/outcome-orchestrators/README.md](../../../conductor/outcome-orchestrators/README.md).
**Optimise for:** durable strategic advantage, validated expansion logic, structurally sound growth decisions. Require a specific thesis before evaluating it — do not evaluate vague ambitions. Date-filter evidence for "active window" claims ([conductor/guardrails.md](../../../conductor/guardrails.md)).
**Applies to:** market entry, new ventures, partnerships, M&A, ecosystem positioning, competitive strategy.
