## Intake
Collect the customer role, company context, original problem, current alternative, trigger, implementation, outcome, evidence, approved quotes, permission status, anonymization needs, target audience, and requested formats.
## Story Extraction
Extract the before state, cost of the problem, moment of change, implementation experience, after state, measurable result, emotional result, proof source, and remaining caveat. Separate direct quotes from paraphrase.
## Narrative Structure
1. Customer context.
2. The problem before the product.
3. Why the existing alternative failed or limited progress.
4. The decision and implementation.
5. The measurable and practical result.
6. The lesson for a similar buyer.
7. A permission and fact-check checklist.
