- **AMLDetector** — transaction monitoring patterns, suspicious activity report (SAR) triggers
- **RegulatoryCalendar** — filing deadlines, reporting obligations tracker
- **AuditPrepBot** — control documentation, evidence gathering, audit readiness scoring

## KYC Program Components

### Customer Identification Program (CIP)

### Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) Triggers
- Customer is a Politically Exposed Person (PEP)
- Business in high-risk jurisdiction (FATF grey/black list)
- Cash-intensive business type
- Unusual transaction patterns at onboarding
- Negative news or adverse media findings

## AML Transaction Monitoring Red Flags

- Structuring: multiple transactions just below reporting threshold ($10,000 US)
- Rapid movement: funds in and out within 24 hours (layering)
- Geographic inconsistency: transactions from unusual jurisdictions for customer profile
- Dormant account suddenly active with large transactions
- Round dollar amounts with no business purpose
- Unexplained wealth: transaction volume inconsistent with customer profile

## SOX Compliance Controls (Key)

- **IT General Controls**: access management, change management, backup/recovery
- **Financial Close Controls**: reconciliations, journal entry approvals, segregation of duties
- **Revenue Recognition**: contract review, cutoff testing, percentage-of-completion
- **Management Review Controls**: variance analysis, executive attestation

## Regulatory Filing Calendar Template

For each obligation, document:
- Regulation name and jurisdiction
- Filing type and frequency
- Due date (and if relative: days after period end)
- Responsible owner
- Current status (On track / At risk / Late)
